Privacy Policy — Inout Parkour

Last updated: August 5, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Tesser (“we”, “us”) handles information in connection with the mobile game Inout Parkour. By downloading or using the Game, you agree to this policy.

1. Who we are

The Game is developed and published by Tesser. For any privacy questions, contact us at support@tessergames.com.

2. Information we collect

We do not ask you to create an account, and we do not directly collect your name, email address, or phone number.

Stored on your device only (not sent to us): your game progress, coins, settings, and your privacy choices are saved locally on your device. Deleting the app removes this data.

Analytics (GameAnalytics), only with your consent: to understand how the Game is played — for example how far players get and where they stop — we use GameAnalytics. When you consent, it collects a random, app-specific identifier (not your name, email, or advertising ID), your device type and operating system, gameplay events, session information, and approximate (country-level) location derived from your IP address. This information is not linked to your identity and is not used to track you across other apps or websites. Analytics runs only after you accept it on the first-launch consent screen, and you can turn it off at any time from the in-game menu.

Advertising (Google AdMob): the Game may show ads (including rewarded and interstitial ads). When ads are served, the advertising provider may collect a mobile advertising identifier (such as Google Advertising ID / Apple IDFA), IP address, device type and operating system, app usage and event data, and approximate (coarse) location derived from IP address.

3. Third-party services

The Game uses the following third-party services, each of which collects and processes data under its own privacy policy:

We encourage you to review the policies of these providers to understand how they handle your data.

4. How information is used

Analytics data is used to understand how players experience the Game and to improve it (for example, finding where players get stuck). Advertising data is used to display ads, including rewarded and interstitial ads, and to measure ad performance. Together this keeps the Game functioning and lets us continue to develop it.

Analytics: we ask for your consent on first launch. If you decline, no analytics data is collected or sent. You can change this decision at any time from the in-game settings menu.

Advertising: depending on your consent and region, ads may be personalized or non-personalized. You can control ad personalization and reset your advertising identifier in your device settings (Android: Settings → Privacy → Ads; iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking / Apple Advertising). Where required by law, we request your consent before serving personalized ads, and on iOS we present the App Tracking Transparency prompt before any personalized ad request.

6. Children’s privacy

The Game is intended for users aged 13 and older and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us such information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

7. Your rights

Depending on your location (e.g. under GDPR in the EU/UK or CCPA in California), you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, and to withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, contact us at the email above. Because the Game does not use accounts, most identifying data sits with the third-party providers listed above; you may also exercise rights directly with them.

8. Data retention & security

On-device data remains until you delete the app. Data held by the third-party providers (analytics and advertising) is retained per their own policies. We take reasonable measures to protect information but no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

9. International transfers

The third-party providers may process data in countries other than yours. Their policies describe the safeguards they apply.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the latest version. Continued use of the Game after changes means you accept the updated policy.
