Privacy Policy — Beaster
Last updated: August 5, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Tesser (“we”, “us”) handles information in connection with the mobile game Beaster. By downloading or using the Game, you agree to this policy.
1. Who we are
The Game is developed and published by Tesser. For any privacy questions, contact us at support@tessergames.com.
2. Information we collect
We do not ask you to create an account, and we do not directly collect your name, email address, or phone number.
Stored on your device only (not sent to us): your game progress, coins, unlocked levels, and settings are saved locally on your device. Deleting the app removes this data.
Collected automatically by third-party services (advertising and analytics SDKs) when you use the Game, which may include: a mobile advertising identifier (such as Google Advertising ID / Apple IDFA), IP address, device type and operating system, app usage and event data, and approximate (coarse) location derived from IP address.
3. Third-party services
The Game uses the following third-party services, which collect and process data under their own privacy policies:
- Advertising: Google AdMob — see Google’s privacy policy at https://policies.google.com/privacy.
- Analytics: Google Firebase Analytics — see Google’s privacy policy at https://policies.google.com/privacy.
We encourage you to review the policies of these providers to understand how they handle your data.
4. How information is used
Data is used to operate and display ads in the Game, to understand how the Game is used so we can fix problems and improve it, and to keep the Game functioning correctly.
5. Advertising and your choices
The Game shows ads provided by the network above. Depending on your consent and region, ads may be personalized or non-personalized. You can control ad personalization and reset your advertising identifier in your device settings (Android: Settings → Privacy → Ads; iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking / Apple Advertising). Where required by law, we request your consent before serving personalized ads, and on iOS we present the App Tracking Transparency prompt.
6. Children’s privacy
The Game is intended for users aged 13 and older and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us such information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
7. Your rights
Depending on your location (e.g. under GDPR in the EU/UK or CCPA in California), you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, and to withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, contact us at the email above. Because the Game does not use accounts, most identifying data sits with the advertising/analytics providers listed above; you may also exercise rights directly with them.
8. Data retention & security
On-device data remains until you delete the app. Data held by third-party providers is retained per their own policies. We take reasonable measures to protect information but no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
9. International transfers
The third-party providers may process data in countries other than yours. Their policies describe the safeguards they apply.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the latest version. Continued use of the Game after changes means you accept the updated policy.
